Daily Office Cleaning

We provide a thorough office cleaning daily to reduce the incidence of bacteria and viruses in your office or building to help protect the health of employees and visitors:

  • We use microfiber towels and mops that pick up viruses and bacteria.
  • We use a general-purpose disinfectant that is effective against them. In medical offices or buildings, we use a medical grade disinfectant. (Note: All disinfectants we use are now EPA approved for SARS- CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.)
  • We clean the common touch points – desks, conference tables, all restroom surfaces, all breakroom surfaces, door handles, door glass, elevator panels, etc.
  • If you’re seeing issues of illness spread in any of your buildings, we can switch to a medical grade disinfectant at a small additional charge.

Our Cleaning Tools

We believe in using the right tools for the job. While the cleaning services we would provide for your office or building would be specific to your needs, our technicians are likely going to be using these:

1. Microfiber

We use microfiber rather than paper towels or cleaning rags. Microfiber cloths and mops pick up more particulates, meaning over time your facility gets cleaner because of their superior technology.

 

2. Disinfectants

We use only EPA-approved disinfectants that are effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria and viruses. Our chemicals are approved for use against the SARS CoV2 virus responsible for COVID-19. General-purpose disinfectant. Formula provides broad spectrum efficacy against common microorganisms such as HIV-1, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella enterica, E. coli, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19 virus), Influenza Virus Type A/Brazil, Hepatitis B & C, Herpes Simplex Virus Type 1 and 2, Pandemic 2009 H1N1 Influenza A Virus, and other microorganisms.

 

3. HEPA-Filtered Vacuums

All of our vacuums use HEPA filtration filters. This not only better cleans your carpets and floors, but the filters prevent the dust from being blown back into the air. This helps to keep your office or building cleaner longer and improves your indoor air quality.

 

4. Dual Chamber Mop Systems

We use dual-chamber mopping systems in every facility we service. This technology keeps the clean water on one side of the bucket and the dirty water on the other to keep your floors cleaner. Coupled with our flat microfiber mop heads, you won’t see any sign of mop slop along the edges of the walls. Your floors will look cleaner because they are!
